This is short enough to be a tweet so it would carry less value if it were tweeted and not written here? Or would it carry more if Stephen Fry (for example) had tweeted it? The device is my computer, the method is text, images, sound or video. What is important is location, context, history, knowledge and more. This applies very much to the OP's link.

Limmy's Twitter persona is occasionally hilarious, but far too frequently repetitive in terms of subjects and themes. My sense is that he is performing in a social context, in a way that ultimately becomes indistinguishable from simple showing off. A small amount of showing off is fine, I guess, but it's unsustainable in this quantity. Limmy is truly talented, but no-one can generate good and original material fast enough to fill all his tweets. He ends up falling back on lazy shocks far too often.
