1) Fun! 2) Also essentially an advertisement for Roppongi Hills, one of the largest real estate development projects in Japan ($4 billion USD). It was built by the Mori Building Company, whose founder, before his death at 77, was the richest man in the world. The building that the entire projection swirles around is the Mori Building.

This is fun and interesting but kinda crazy and half-done! But it's crazy! :p
