I like the general look, although the murals in the first set kind of clash with the rest of the aesthetic. I am pretty sure I have chatted with NPCs in the wooly bar in some mid-90s Final Fantasy game, when they were going a bit crazy with textures.

I found the look really unsettling as it looks too organic, yet it's in restaurant, where one consumes all manner of organic things. The cables seem as though they'll come alive at some point and ingest you. Or maybe they already are!

I tend to have a visceral reaction to the sight of mould, and those pictures made my throat and stomach tense up into an almost dry heave.

We already have been. A fair amount of carpeting, drapery, upholstery and tilework are manufactured from old plastic containers. Aprons and uniforms are also being made that way.

Awwwwww, come on. This is awesome and interesting and playful. Sure, it might be a little hard to dust, but so are playgrounds, and sandboxes, and makerspaces, and the outside world. I mean, if you think this space is bad, I hear that in some places they have an insane practice of wearing shoes indoors, on rugs. What's up with that?

As a child, I remember one time riding in a car and noticing that part of the interior roof plastic had been chipped away, revealing a dense, tangled mass of spindly glass fibers underneath. Being a dumb kid, I thought it would be a good idea to brush my hand across it, which immediately caused me to recoil in pain with dozens of tiny glass shards protruding cactus-like from my skin. Thirty-plus years later, the mere sight of these crazy table and wall surfaces is causing phantom pain to flare up in that hand.

Did they remove the inner wires from ethernet cables? That must have taken forever but it looks very cool.

This is fireproofed right? Maybe it's all plenum-grade. My fingertips are aching just looking at that. Cable jacketing is not easy on the hands after making cables for a few hours.

I like it. I wouldn't decorate my house that way, but I'd drink at a bar or cafe that looked like that.
