The members of the Lost Media Wiki have been relentless in their pursuit of lost TV show episodes and the like... for better or for worse. The entirety of the infamous 1950's TV animated series Paddy the Pelican (although there is no evidence that this incarnation of the show, previously a puppet show, ever actually aired) has been rediscovered and put up on YouTube, including better versions of the previously YouTubed Piggy Bank Robbery and Two Wet Bears.

Oh how I loved Shazzan (slyt). 10 year-old me, that is. Creaky old me thinks about how the other is exoticized and subserviant. But Saturday mornings in general? I lived for those cartoons: good, bad, and everything in between.

I don't see any traces of Hank, the sitcom about a guy who pulled all kinds of shenanigans to get an un-credited higher education without paying tuition. That show somehow became my life a few decades later, and I was only able to go back and find the name of it through the services of AskMe.

How about the cartoon clips show hosted by Carrot Top they showed on early-era Cartoon Network, A.M. Mayhem? Cartoon Network also had a one-time live-action special (long before the network experimented with live action programming) about a boozy kid's show host named "Uncle Paul," who I think was based on a comedian's character. I remember the theme song was... odd. Or, what I regard as something of a holy grail for these things, there's Limboland, a Comedy Central show hosted by a computer generated skeleton years before Craig Ferguson, a collection of Laugh-In style sketches all shown in front of a blank white void. There is amazingly little on Limboland online. IMDB mentions that Tosh.0 referenced it, a fact that makes me feel dirty, and reminds us, as if I needed more reminding, that there just ain't no justice.

a boozy kid's show host named "Uncle Paul," who I think was based on a comedian's character That sounds like it might've been a take on Alan Sues' kids' show host "Uncle Al the kiddies' pal" from Laugh-In. Uncle Al was always hungover from having had too much "medicine" the night before. A favorite bit of mine on that show.

This cartoon is... lord, it isn't GOOD but the line art is charming in a primitive way, and they put in at least $1.98 in funding and a bit of effort. I've seen worse episodes of modern "watch this cartoon then buy the toy" shows or formulaic Harvey crap.

These are not improved by playing at 1.5 or 2x speed. But at least one discovers sooner that there is nothing at the end of the cartoon worth watching it for.

No wonder this show got its own SCP entry. With the awfulness and the patchy faint memories of it, it's nature's own Candle Cove (although that story was inspired by Lidsville, I believe). If you want something else as weird, sad and locally produced as this, I just got Santa's Christmas Circus and it does not disappoint.
