Considering the financial cost from of bad fixtures you'd think they'd make at least a few elements of light pollution reduction <i>requirements</i> for design submissions. or directly into my bedroom, as it were. The lights in my brooklyn neighborhood shine pretty much 360 degrees of nasty sodium lamp salmon colored light.
