Yeah, these are ads for Jalan, a site where you can book hotels, rental cars, domestic flights and such in Japan. Similarly, their spokes-cat's name is Nyalan (にゃらん) -- "nya" being the Japanese equivalent of "meow".

You click the button underneath one side or the other and put in your friend's phone address, and it sends them something cute. Note the QR codes from this thread on each side -- if you have a QR-enabled phone, you can just scan them from the screen.

my old little cat (distinct from my new little cat and my old big cat) would jump almost any height to take treats out of my hand. I would hold them above shoulder height (about 5 ft) and she would leap up and tear the by god fingers right off my hand.
